1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IgnisPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IgnisPro provides a digital platform for recording and managing fire safety and compliance documentation. The Service is a record-keeping and organisational tool only.

IgnisPro does not provide legal advice, regulatory certification, or guarantee compliance with any legislation or regulatory authority.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
You must ensure that information entered into the platform is accurate and lawful.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
Upload malicious code or interfere with platform security
Use the Service to store data unrelated to fire safety or compliance operations

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to IgnisPro may require payment of subscription fees. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the Service. However, availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

7. Data and Backups

While we implement reasonable safeguards and backup procedures, customers remain responsible for maintaining copies of critical records. IgnisPro shall not be liable for data loss except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgnisPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, or regulatory penalties.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IgnisPro from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
